You can help us find the right size for your New Tribe Saddle
if you take your waist and thigh measurements before you call
to place your order. It also helps us to know your height and
weight. The chart below gives a general idea of the sizing breakdown.
Belt and Legstrap sizes can be mixed for optimum fit. If your
measurements don't appear on the chart, talk to us about custom
sizing a Saddle for you.

Shipping Charges
In most cases, we ship UPS Ground service. If you prefer another
shipper or an upgrade to faster delivery service, we can help
you. We will determine the shipping cost at the time of your order,
and add it to your bill.
Payment
We welcome Visa/MasterCard, your personal check, or money order.
International customers may pay in US dollars by credit card,
International Money Order, or Cashier's Check.
Gift Certificate
We love to do gift certificates! Any time, any amount.

Returns & Exchanges
We guarantee everything we sell for fit, function and workmanship.
We will accept returns for refund or exchange of items in new
condition if we receive them within 30 days of purchase. After
30 days we may assess a 25% restocking fee for returned items.
Custom Work Policy
If we accept your order for a New Tribe product with custom
changes (special size, non-standard features, etc.) a minimum
charge of $25.00 will be added to the regular price of the item.
Depending on time and materials required to do your job, the actual
charge may be higher. We are unable to accept returns on custom
work.
Paper Catalog & Mailing List
We will mail you a paper copy of our catalog if you ask for
it (although the newest information will appear here online and
not in print). We maintain a customer list, not a mailing list.
We will never share your contact information without your permission,
and we will not swamp you with unwanted mail of any kind.
