Here's a durable, sleek way to mark your ropes. Protect rope ends and provide important information such as date the rope was put into service, length of rope, ID, etc. Write your own information on the ID tag and seal.
This simple kit consists of six self-laminating tags and 12" of clear shrink tube. Each tag has a white 3/4"x1" marking area attached to 2-1/4" of clear adhesive tape that wraps around the rope and over the tag to seal it. Cut a two-inch piece from the shrink tube and slide it onto the rope over the marker, then shrink it to fit using hot air, infrared heat, or (carefully) a flame. Enough for six tags
