Policies

All prices are subject to change at any time.

If you are a dealer interested in carrying New Tribe products, please inquire about our wholesale program. For all others, including clubs, businesses, agencies and institutions, our regular retail prices and volume discounts apply.

GUARANTEE, RETURNS & EXCHANGES We guarantee everything we sell for fit, function and workmanship. If you are not 100% satisfied with your New Tribe purchase, we will accept returns for refund or exchange of items in new condition if we receive them within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days we may assess a 25% restocking fee for returned items. Important Exception: Custom work is not returnable.

CUSTOM WORK POLICY If we accept your order for a New Tribe product with custom changes (special size, non-standard features, etc.) extra charges as noted in this catalog will be added to the regular price of the item. Depending on time and materials required to do your job, the actual charge may be higher. Sales on custom items are final.

MAILING LIST If you’ve shown interest in our work by buying from us, we may send you a new catalog once a year or less often. We maintain a customer list, not a mailing list. We will never share your contact information without your permission, and we will not swamp you with unwanted mail. If you want a New Tribe paper catalog, most of the time you’ll have to ask for it.

SHIPPING We use UPS or US Mail to ship your order. The actual shipping amount we charge is based on the carrier’s rates for the total shipping weight of your order, FOB Grants Pass, OR.

For small orders, the shipping price function on this online store might set the amount too high. We will correct this and reduce your actual shipping charge when we process your order.

Also, for some orders the best shipping method is Priority Mail. Although you may have selected UPS at checkout, if we can get you a better shipping rate, we will use Priority Mail insured, and charge you the lower rate.

If you require DHL or FedEx, please call us and we will quote your shipping cost.
